The following information is a general guide to aid homeowners and contractors
in Morrison with the building permit process.

This guide represents SAFEbuilt’s project requirements, which are in addition to each town’s specific requirements. It is important to contact your local jurisdiction for their submittal requirements.
Various projects in the home require a 'one-stop permit' only. A 'one-stop permit' does not require drawings or a plan review. This 'one-stop permit' can be obtained immediately in each town’s offices. Other projects will require a plan review.
The requirements and process for these types of permits will be explained in detail in this guide. If you require additional information, please contact Eric Pendley at (877) 462-1955. Permit fees are based on the value of the project. Once you have obtained the permit, work can begin.
