MBIS has been serving the metro-Atlanta region since 1992, the same year SAFEbuilt was formed in Colorado. The partnership between the two companies provides client cities with deeper resources and a broader range of expertise.
“SAFEbuilt offered us the opportunity to work with and draw upon the experiences of over seventy ICC certified inspectors and plans examiners throughout the United States,”
says James Miley, Building Official and President of MBIS. “Now, when one of our communities needs more support, due to a large or unusual project, or even a natural disaster, I know that qualified help is just a phone call away.”
SAFEbuilt, Inc. is a leading provider of building department services in the United States. The company currently provides services to 80 communities from offices in Georgia, Colorado, Louisiana and Washington State.
The SAFEbuilt Georgia office will now provide full service building department solutions to the cities of Chattahoochee Hills Country, Forest Park, Hapeville, Johns Creek, Jonesboro, Lake City, Milton, Morrow, Palmetto, Powder Springs, Riverdale, Senoia, Stone Mountain, Tyrone, and Union City; as well as supplemental inspection services for the City of Norcross.
