Communities Look for Revenue and Expertise
The Cities of Mansfield, Grandview and Ellensburg, Washington, have recently contracted with SAFEbuilt to provide all or a portion of their building department needs. Services include plan reviews, permit applications and inspections for both residential and commercial projects.

Mansfield is a new full service client who was previously utilizing Douglas County to provide their building department services. Partnering with SAFEbuilt will allow Mansfield to maintain more local control while still retaining a portion of their building fees. Grandview and Ellensburg have contracted with SAFEbuilt to help enrich and support their existing building departments as necessary.
