SAFEbuilt, one of the nation’s leading contract providers of building department services for public agencies, is adding an office in Rockwall, Texas. Dale Jackson, formerly with BCCS/C&C Engineering, will be heading up the SAFEbuilt Texas office.

Jackson, a native Texan, has over 30 years of experience in the building industry, serving as a building official for more than twenty of those years. His expertise includes numerous Texas Code certifications and International Code Council (ICC) certifications as well as in-depth local knowledge of Texas.
SAFEbuilt provides contract full-service building department services, building code plan reviews, complete project support and building code inspections for cities, towns, counties and state agencies. Government agencies often look to contract all or part of the building department function because fixed costs can be converted to variable costs.
