The State Buildings Program (SBP) was established July 1, 1998 to set up building codes for all construction by state agencies on state-owned or state lease-purchased properties or facilities.
For state agencies undergoing new construction or renovation, the SBP applies a code compliance policy to projects falling within certain guidelines. Learn More
