SAFEbuilt President Mike McCurdie was a recipient of the 2008-2009 Northern Colorado Business Report "Bravo" award that recognizes entrepreneurial spirit.

McCurdie said the concept of governments contracting for building services from a private company is still “quite unique” but is starting to catch on. “As more and more cities and towns look at ways to reduce fixed costs, we’re finding they’re interested in our services.”
