SAFEbuilt allowed the City to start-up its building department without a glitch, providing qualified, professional staff with the experience and expertise on how to operate an efficient and effective building department. This would have been more difficult had the City attempted to hire its own staff and create procedures and operations from the ground up.

I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you to you and everyone at the City of Milton that worked with me in obtaining a building permit.
I have worked with many cities and counties in the process of obtaining a building permit and it's never fun. However, everyone at the City of Milton was simply wonderful to work with and made things much easier.
