This will be a mixed-use building designed to be the “Front Door” or grand entrance into the heart of Vail Resort’s Ski Mountain. Four connected underground levels will include parking, storage, loading docks and distribution centers serving each of the resorts. The above ground portion will include additions to an existing high-rise building as well as new condos, townhomes, retail shops, spas and restaurants. |

This 31,623 square-foot industrial facility processes corn to produce ethanol, a fuel for use in vehicles. The site houses five separate structures, including an administration building, grain storage tanks, processing center, emergency generator and fire pump buildings. |

Salida’s new regional hospital will be a two story, 84,000 square-foot facility with a 9,000 square-foot surgery suite and a 4,400 square-foot radiology suite. Scheduled for completion in the spring of 2008, the hospital will serve Salida and the region of nearly 20,000 people. The building directives include using LEED certification criteria to build a family- and environmentally-friendly facility that will provide state-of-the-art medical care. |

Led by the nation’s largest builder of retirement communities, Good Samaritan Society, this 200-unit facility will take three to five years to complete and will be 251,810 square feet. When complete, the five-story Village will include a bank, hair salon, restaurant, spa, general store, independent and assisted living units as well as individual patio homes. |

This modern 47,000 square-foot recreation facility contains two full-size basketball courts, four multipurpose/meeting rooms, a workout room, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a basement storage area and second floor offices for the Recreation Department. |

Located on approximately 45 acres, American Furniture Warehouse’s newest 510,000 square-foot mega-store features 180,000 square feet of showroom on two floors. Three escalators and one elevator move customers through the massive space, and with the attached 300,000 square foot-warehouse, customers can take their purchases home the same day. Space has also been provided for a food vendor to enhance the furniture shopping experience. |

Holly Creek is a progressive retirement center located in Centennial, Colorado. The independent living condominiums and apartments occupy three levels and nearly 200,000 square feet. The structure includes underground parking for the residents and visitors. Holly Creek also feature an assisted-living facility that includes intermediate care and skilled nursing services. The Town Center, with amenities such as a dining area, kitchen, retail shops and office space, is surrounded by single-family residential. A second phase is planned that will nearly double the size of this retirement community. |
