You can select the software-only option for business license issuance and reporting, or supplement the software with an inspection option that includes verification of business type, occupancy group, and occupant load; follow-up inspections; and license renewals.

Rental housing program
Many communities have rental inspection ordinances or requirements designed to help protect tenants from harm. Where permitted, we tailor rental housing inspections programs to help communities identify and address potential safety hazards using the International Property Maintenance Code and applicable local ordinances as our guides.
